The big news today, two new developers have joined our team. Natalie and Doug are only 1 week in and are already contributing many fixes to our releases. Important changes in this relase include; parents should now be able to see students marked work if the marks are visible. We have vastly improved the faculty select dialog in the course builder.  We also fixed an issue that prevented items with inheriting permissions from showing up in search.  

We have found the new spell checker has increased resource usage on servers. This update will reduce some memory usage but we have some further improvements coming soon to further optimise the spell checking system.

  • [SA-1095] - Improved error handling when weather is unavailable

  • [SA-735] - Prevented personal events moving from the original owner, to the modifying users calendar

LMS

  • [SA-942] - Improve faculty folder selection with improved useability and fixed lack of proper permission checks
  • [SA-950] - Fixed parents not able to view marked work
  • [SA-672] - Fixed issue on grades card where teacher may be displayed as a parent if they shared an ID

Pastoral

  • [SA-674] - Fixed button alignment at bottom of pastoral care create page
