There are some limitations we've applied to anonymous users accessing the Help Centre who have not purchased a Schoolbox licence. This is to ensure that our customers' have the best experience possible in their online community.

Some of the areas that are restricted to customers are:

• Community Q&A - A place for customers to ask and share information with each other, including Schoolbox best practice usage.
• Feature Requests - Our feature suggestion and voting system.
• User Groups - A space to connect with local Schoolbox schools and attend Schoolbox events in your area.
• Online teacher Training Course - Access to our Online Teacher Training Course and in-house Education Consultants.

If you’re a ‘Schoolbox Support Registered Contact’ needing a new Schoolbox Help Centre account, please submit a Support Desk ticket. Otherwise, contact your school's Schoolbox administrator and request access.
