The latest release fixes a few minor issues. In particular it resolves some issues with resource booking and calendar exports that were introduced with the last point release.

- SA-188 Fixed bulk user modify so users are soft deleted
- SA-139 Fixed bulk user modify so it does not include deleted users and cause errors
- SA-183 Fixed errors being generated during notification system restart
