Hi everyone,
I have been asked by a couple of schools in NSW who out there is adding alumni to their Schoolbox instance? These schools would like to learn from others that are ahead in the process.
There is loads of potential with bringing alumni into the system, however it would not be without some planning.
Some of the questions that come to my mind include
- what role type this persona requires?
- how are users provisioned?
- do all alumni have their own accounts in Schoolbox?
- are notifications expected?
