Just reaching out to let you know that we are opening bookings for upgrades this Saturday, 25th of April from 10am - 2pm.
We have added these additional time slots so that we can ensure that you have access to the performance improvements that are available in the latest version and recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible, as this will ensure your instance will run more efficiently.
A major reason we are recommending the upgrade, and providing more times, is that in v20.0.3, you can configure cache expiry time for images. We have been configuring this to 36 hours, meaning when you load your dashboard in the morning, your browser cache has not expired, so we don't need to reload your images. This reduces server requests and increases performance. This setting can be located in Admin > Settings > Resources > Image Cache Expiry.
