Get Involved With Groups in Schoolbox Help!

By Bojana Lazarevska in Learning

Do you suffer from Schoolbox FOMO? Are you always the last to find out the latest Schoolbox goss? Do you rely on others to get your daily fix of what is happening on Schoolbox Help?

Well, suffer no more! You can stay up-to-date with what matters to you most by subscribing to Schoolbox Help groups. Being a part of a group means that not only will you be notified of any new posts that happen within the group, but you can also communicate and collaborate with other members of the community.

How to Join:

Your side menu might have a “Join Groups” link, which will take you to a list of free-to-join groups. From here, you can simply tick all of the groups you want to be a part of to join them. It’s easy to go back and modify these, or join more if you wish to in the future.

Be a Part of the Community

There are many reasons to join groups in Schoolbox Help, but perhaps the most valuable one is to be a part of the community and get involved in the online forums. Our Ideas forums are places of inspiration not only for our schools, but for us as well! So, if you have any suggestions about how we can improve Schoolbox, let us know in the forums.

We've created multiple forums so people who are interested in different topics can collaborate. If you want to join in, simply choose a topic from the dashboard that interests you, for example, News Ideas, and join the group by clicking the three dot menu in the top-right corner and selecting “Join Group”.

Likewise, if you’re always looking for fresh inspiration or cool new ways to use Schoolbox components and features, why not join some of the various groups in our Inspiration forums

But don’t leave it to us to tell you what to join - having a browse of what’s available in our Help Centre is the best way to discover pages that cater to your interests.

Notify Me!

When you join groups, you also have the option to modify how your notifications work. In your settings, you can choose to follow or mute certain groups. Following a group means that you will receive notifications and messages from that page.

For more information about groups, head to our dedicated Help page. We look forward to seeing you in our Help Centre!
