We've just fixed a bug in the message system in Schoolbox Help that meant users weren't receiving notifications for the past week. The good news is that it's all been sorted, so you should now receive all messages relevant to you. The not so good side of this is that you may have just been bombarded with a bunch of messages that you've missed in the week.
This is a good opportunity to remind you, that you can customise the way you receive notifications from Schoolbox Help by clicking on your profile picture in the side menu and then selecting settings. This will take you to a screen where you will be able to choose how you receive messages from Schoolbox Help.
