Release 16.5.28

As we start back to term we always get a little influx of issues as people settle back to work.  This release addresses a few connector issues discovered as we roll over into a new semester or year.  Please note these important changes, Synergetic will now alert on a student profile if the student has a learning plan.  We fixed an issue with deleting images of blog posts.  Parents can now see annotated work inline, rather than just by downloading the PDF.  Finally there is now a link to the 'resource booking' report in the top right of the resource booking page.  This page has existed for a while, but we noted that not many people knew it existed so we made it more discoverable.

Note: As of 16.5.28 we have a new required permission for all Synergetic Schools, we now require SELECT access to the 'IndividualPlans' table. Please review the Synergetic Requirements here.
