This is the final release of the v16.0 series, barring any major security issues.
We've now added support for using TASS Communication Rules for defining student - guardian relationships using simple and complex split families. The exception to this support is the User Provisioning System, which has yet to receive this enhancement. TASS Schools will need to enable and configure this option in Schoolbox under Admin > Settings > External DB.
