Ad-hoc on-going work requests
Additionally, our time tracking systems ensures that all ad-hoc requested tasks are logged against a separate 'on-going' job.
This allows transparency and the invoice contains a full description of the services provided and the time spent in the format of a 'Status Report'.
The process for Ad-hoc work requests is as follows:
- We provide a estimate of the time required to complete the work and seek your approval.
- The job is then set up in our time tracking system against your Ad-hoc billable services record.
- Invoices are calculated based on the time and materials logged by our staff. For example: changing the system, modifying data, custom development, creative work and additional training.
These services are billed on a time and materials basis, based on our current rate card.

Your invoices may from time to time, also detail on-going non-billable tasks for your records.
