Pronouns are sensitive personal information. Schoolbox lets a Superuser create and manage user pronouns in a user profile.

You can do this in two ways:

As a Superuser, you can create pronouns for your school.
To do this:
You’ve now created a new user pronoun.
Note - You can use the icon to drag and change the order of pronouns listed in the drop-down menu when you modify a user profile.
You can also edit the pronouns that you’ve created.
To do this:
Note - To delete a pronoun, in Administration > User Management > Lists - User Pronouns, select the icon for the row you want to delete.

As a Superuser, you can update users' pronouns by importing a CSV file.
To do this:

The User Provisioning System (UPS) can automatically provision active user accounts from your School Information System (SIS) data into Schoolbox. If your SIS has a compatible pronouns field, as a Superuser, you can assign pronouns using the UPS for users in the SIS or the School User Data Store (SUDS).
You can assign pronouns dynamically for users based on a compatible SIS field. The users can be of any role type, such as Staff, Students, or Parents.
