We've added several new features to our Pastoral Care system to improve the functionality and user experience. With the ability to build custom pastoral care reports for groups or classes, set default actions for record types, and track task completion, our pastoral system provides greater ability to manage intricate workflows. Additionally, we've included the ability to record and filter pastoral care incidents by their exact occurrence date, ensuring accurate data is captured even if the record is entered at a later time. These updates enable teachers to better manage pastoral care issues and ensure the best possible outcomes for their students.

Working with our new partners from the US, we have implemented an API based connector to sync all your Veracross SIS data to Schoolbox. The connector includes user profiles, relationship and timetable data. The syncronisation can occur on the schedule you choose, or manually at any time.
For full details regarding this integration please review the documentation.

Our latest addition to the LMS helps schools and teachers ensure continuity and consistency in their teaching, even when staff or students are absent. With this feature, teachers can easily communicate their lesson plan intentions to their students or a relief teacher, ensuring that they stay on track with the content and achieve their learning objectives.
Accessing the lesson plans and attached resources, students can prepare for upcoming classes, and catch up on any content they missed with ease.
The feature provides teachers with customisable templates that follow a logical structure, allowing them to populate the necessary fields, while adding content which is relevant to their students. Lesson plans can be created for a specific class or a whole cohort. Once created, teachers can link the lesson plan to curriculum to ensure alignment with learning objectives and attach additional resources such as worksheets, videos, and learning activities.
With this new feature, teachers can save time, maintain consistency, and provide a more engaging and interactive learning experience for their students. The feature empowers students to take ownership of their learning, and ensures that they stay on track towards their academic goals.

Teachers can now retrieve student submissions for verification, accreditation, or endorsement purposes quickly and easily. Our user-friendly interface allows teachers to download all student submissions for an assessment, including annotated feedback and similarity reports. Teachers can select multiple or individual students to include in the download and continue working while the download is in progress.
NOTE: The 'Download All' function is currently capped at 2GB and will not warn a user of this limit being exceeded. If an attempt to download fails, try selecting a smaller number of students' work to download.

Our updated curriculum browser now provides valuable insights into how the curriculum is being delivered across the school. With the ability to see where the curriculum has been associated with teaching and learning content, teachers can gain oversight into where curriculum has already been addressed and what they need to prioritise in their upcoming topics. This feature streamlines the curriculum mapping process, saving time and resources while ensuring that all areas of the curriculum are covered.
