1. Select your profile picture.
Depending on the size of your device, this may be located in the top right of your screen, or you may find it in your side menu, by selecting the hamburger menu.
2. Select 'Profile'.
Your Profile Page will now open.

Depending on the settings of your school, on a profile page you may have access to the following information:
- Enrolment Information (year level, class, birthday etc...)
- Medical Alerts
- Parent/Guardian contact information
- Emergency contact information
- List of academic Subjects
- List of extra-curricular or groups
- Link to students:
- Calendar
- Timetable
- Due Work
- Grades
- ePortfolio
- Pastoral Care
- Boarder Leave History

Access via Search
1. Navigate to the Top Menu.
2. Select the Search button.
3. Insert the name of the user in the search bar.
4. Select the name of the student or press 'Enter' to view a list.
If you choose to view a list, you will need to select the name of the person to view their profile page.
Access a student via your Class List
1. Navigate to your Class Page.
2. Select the 3-dot menu and select 'Class List'.
3. Select the name of the student whose profile page you wish to view.

Navigate to the Student's Profile Page.
The Activity Feed is the first tab that is visible when landing on the Student's Profile Page. The Activity Feed will display all of the recent activities pertaining to the Student.

Profile Pages contain information about the user and quick links selected by the school. Profile information can include email, Student ID, Date of Birth, Year Level, Tutor, Year Level Coordinator, House, Tutor Group, Head of House and Class. The information displayed is personalised per role type.
Profile Buttons provide quick links to further information or action including the users ePortfolio, Timetable, Email Parents and Email All Teachers. These are selected by the school and personalised per role type.
NOTE: Your school's instance may not include all of the Profile Buttons shown in the image below.
Email All Teachers by selecting the corresponding button.
Email Parents by clicking the corresponding button.
NOTE: When emailing parents via the profile button, each Parent is separately BCC'ed for confidentiality.

Navigate to your Timetable through the Top Menu, your Profile Page or by adding /timetable to your URL.
Your full Timetable will open.

1. Select the Search icon from the Top Menu.
2. Insert the name of the person whose timetable you wish to view.
3. Navigate to the User's Profile Page.
4. Select the 'Timetable' button.

Access your School's Staff Directory (full Staff list) by selecting the button on the Top Menu or a link from the Side Menu.
If the staff directory is not available in your top or side menu, add '/modules/report/staff' to your URL.
Introduction
Schoolbox lets you search for staff from the entire Staff Directory of your school. You can search for a staff member by name, department, role, or campus.
Find Staff
To find a staff in your school:
1. On your Schoolbox homepage, to access the Staff Directory page:
- Go to Staff Services > Staff Directory
or, - Add /modules/report/staff to your URL
The Staff Directory page appears.
2. In Filter, search a staff member by their:
- First name
- Surname
- Department
- Role
- Campus
- Phone
- Extension number
The staff details display.
NOTE: The fields listed will vary depending on your school’s staff profile settings.
You’ve now found the staff from the Staff Directory.
You can view this staff’s user profile and phone or email them from this page.
