The Media Queue is a great tool that gives Schoolbox Superusers insight over the video processing progress. This view shows any media transcodes that have failed or are pending/processing.

1. Go to Administration > Resources > Media Queue.
This will display which media files are currently pending/processing, or have failed uploading.

1. Go to Administration > Resources > Media Queue.
From here, you can select which failed media files.
2. To download the file, select the download icon.
3. To view details of the failed media transcode, select the magnifying glass icon.
3. To retry failed videos, select the refresh button.
NOTE: This will transfer the media file from “Failed” to “Pending”.
4. To delete failed media, select the bin icon, and then confirm that you want to delete the upload attempt. This will remove the file from the queue.
