Viewing the Media Queue

Are you sure you want to remove this component?

1. Go to Administration > Resources > Media Queue.

This will display which media files are currently pending/processing, or have failed uploading.

Retrying and Deleting Failed Media Files

Are you sure you want to remove this component?

1. Go to Administration > Resources > Media Queue.

From here, you can select which failed media files.

2. To download the file, select the download icon.

3. To view details of the failed media transcode, select the magnifying glass icon.

3. To retry failed videos, select the refresh button.

NOTE: This will transfer the media file from “Failed” to “Pending”.

4. To delete failed media, select the bin icon, and then confirm that you want to delete the upload attempt. This will remove the file from the queue.image.php?hash=97d778f93f82f2c24fbbbce72e7c575f2db76b74
