1. Go to Administration > Design > Top Menu.
2. Select the '+' icon.

3. Enter a title.
NOTE: These should be kept to one or two words.
4. Enter a hover description. This is the text that will show when a user hovers over the link. It is optional to include this detail.
5.Use the drop-down arrow to select the icon you wish to display for this link. You only have the option to choose from the list in the drop down box. A preview will show when you select an option.
6. Enter the URL you wish the item to link to, this could be local or external. By choosing 'browse', you can select a page within your instance.
7. Choose you campuses and roles that will have visibility of this top menu item.

8. Select 'Save'.
