To begin configuring your SchoolEdge integration you will need to create a new DB user and grant select on the following tables:

- vw_Contact_Addresses

- fc.TimetableClass
- fc.TimetableClassInstance
- fc.TimetableClassInstanceRoom
- fc.TimetableClassInstanceStaff
- fc.TimetableClassRoom
- fc.TimetableClassStaff
- fc.TimetableDate
- fc.TimetableDay
- fc.TimetablePeriod
- fc.TimetableSubject
- fc.TimetableSubjectChoice
- fc.YearLevelSub
- fc.YearLevelSubStudent
- fc.PeriodExpand
To set up the SchoolEdge connection in Schoolbox navigate to Administration -> Settings -> External DB and :
- Select SchoolEdge as Connector
- Enter SchoolEdge database name
- Enter Database Host
- Enter Database User
- Enter Database Password
Be careful when configuring your Data cache time-out as this may impact the performance of your system during peak times.
If you are finding issues with your SchoolEdge connector clicking on the health check will show you if the correct permissions have been set up within SchoolEdge.
