Class List

Overview of Class List Component

Are you sure you want to remove this component?

The Class List component offers teachers a quick view of each student enrolled in a class based on enrolment data from your Student Information System (SIS), such as Synergetic or TASS.

In addition to the quick summary of who is in a class, this component also allows teachers access to:

  • individual student profile pages
  • email all students or parents directly in the Class List (who are within Schoolbox).

NOTE: Students can view the Class List within the component but cannot email their classmates. They can choose to see their classmates' Profile pages.

Access from your Class Page

It is important to note that you do not require the Class List component on your Class Page to benefit from the functionality. This view of the Class List has all the same functionality of the component, and does not take up valuable real estate on your page. For this reason, we recommend accessing your class list in this way, rather than the component, once your students have gotten to know their class mates at the beginning of the year.

1. Select the 3-dot menu on your Class Page.

2. Select 'Class List'.
