1. Navigate to Administration > System Settings > 3rd Party Services.
2. Enable Microsoft Teams Meetings Integration' for either 'Staff' or 'Staff and Student'.
Note: there are no other configurations within Schoolbox that are required to enable this function.

5. Access the text editor function. This is available when creating an event in a Calendar, when posting a News item, or simply within a Text Box.
6. Add some text or an image and highlight it.
7. Click the 'Link' button.
8. Click the 'Browse' button.
9. Click the 'Microsoft Teams Meetings' tab.
10. Click the 'Create meeting link' button. Note: you may be prompted to log in prior to the 10th step.
11. Create the meeting with the required title, date and time details.
12. Select if you want the link to open in a new window or the same window and click 'OK'.
13. Finish editing the component and click 'Save' or 'Publish'. The meeting will appear as a hyperlink within the component.
