- Follow the instructions on the Getting Started with LTI Pro page.
- Follow the instructions to modify your configuration options according to your needs as per the information in the Configuring LTI Pro page.
Ensure that:
- “Auto Provision Zoom Users” is turned on.
- The school email domain is entered within the “Whitelisted email domains”.
- The 'Approved Domains' config does not include a '/' at the end. i.e. "https://help.schoolbox.com.au/" won't work but"https://help.schoolbox.com.au" will. If there is an error on the approved domain it will cause Zoom to launch a new tab.

1. Copy your LTI Key and LTI Secret by following steps 1-4 in the Configuring LTI Pro page.
2. Login to Schoolbox as a Superuser.
3. Navigate to the Administration> LMS>LTI Providers area and click on the + icon.
4. Enter the provider information, using the credentials generated within step 1 and enter “https://schoolbox-data.s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/ZoomProConf.xml” within the Configuration XML URL field.

1. On a class page, add an Embed Learning Tool component and select the Zoom Pro learning tool.
2. Then, click on the “Schedule a New Meeting” blue button..
3. When ready to start a meeting, click the “Start” button to begin the meeting. It will open in a new tab and, on its first run, will download an .exe file to install Zoom on the computer. Otherwise, it will open the Zoom app automatically and start the meeting.
4. Students can join the meeting by clicking the “Join” button.
