The Schoolbox team are available to provide support during business hours (AEST/AEDT) as per our Support Response SLA's detailed in our Schoolbox Support Policy. Our office and support service is closed during Victorian public holidays and Company holidays.
Company holidays include, but are not limited to, the Schoolbox Christmas Break (typically the week after Christmas Day till the day after New Year's Day) and the Schoolbox Getaway (typically a 3-day long weekend from a Friday afternoon).
Schoolbox will aim to provide at least 24 hours notice about Company holidays to our Customers on one of our publicly visible channels (Websites or our company social network profiles including but not limited to https://twitter.com/schoolbox, https://www.facebook.com/schoolboxlms, https://www.linkedin.com/company/schoolbox)
